ProspectNeal Consulting is a strategic management consulting firm that works with large and small community-based organizations (CBOs) and their allies to foster an environment where communities thrive. The firm maintains a parallel focus of working to enhance public education by helping to facilitate successful relationships between school districts, higher education institutions and CBOs that work for improved academic outcomes for all students.

ProspectNeal Consulting's operational framework is based on the ideals that social inequities can be eradicated with sustained efforts and a commitment to justice for all. Furthermore, ProspectNeal Consulting believes that nonprofit community-based organizations are essential vehicles for carrying out change efforts that are anchored in impoverished and under-resourced communities. While these institutions are often most trusted by community members, all too frequently they are ill equipped to deliver key supports due to poor organizational infrastructure and scant financial investments to carry out their mission effectively. When CBOs are rooted in the community and have the appropriate infrastructure they can excel at meeting a range of needs. Toward that end, ProspectNeal Consulting provides consulting services to help CBOs develop the systems that are critically important for achieving mission effectiveness.
