ProspectNeal Consulting has a specialized focus of working with our clients to attain an organizational infrastructure that is effective and efficient. Many new or under-resourced CBOs do good work, but are pressed for time and appropriate capabilities to build the necessary systems to meet the demands of those they serve. Thus, ProspectNeal Consulting has two distinct portfolios that clients can access based on their organizational needs. First, the Organizational Infrastructure Portfolio (OIP) provides support to a wide range of organizations with diverse missions that are seeking to improve their overall performance and outcomes. Second, the Public Education and Community Engagement Portfolio (PECEP) works with school districts, higher education institutions and community-based organizations to build partnerships that effect improved academic outcomes for all students.
